Ingredients for 3 servings:
Banana layer:
- 270g of coconut yogurt
- 2 medium bananas or 210g (cut into rings and frozen)
- 20g of water
Put all the ingredients in a smoothie maker and mix until smooth (you get a smooth but thick mixture). Arrange about half of the prepared mixture in 3 jars.
Strawberry layer:
- Half of banana mixture
- 15g of organic lyophilized strawberry powder from Majini Hrustljavčki
- a handful of fresh or frozen strawberries
Mix all the ingredients in a smoothie maker until smooth and distribute evenly in all the jars.
Raspberry layer:
- 270g of coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
- 1 banana or 100g
- 1 tablespoon of grated coconut
- 20g of organic lyophilized raspberry powder from Majini Hrustljavčki
- a handful of fresh raspberries
Mix all the ingredients in a smoothie maker until smooth and distribute half of the mixture evenly into all the jars.
Blueberry layer:
- half of the raspberry mixture
- 50g of coconut yogurt
- 10g of bio lyophilized forest blueberry powder from Majini Hrustljavčki
- a handful of blueberries
- 20g of water
Mix all the ingredients in a smoothie maker until smooth and distribute evenly in all the jars.
And so you have all 4 layers! Without messing up and complicating, just get the blender dirty and you get a real masterpiece! The smoothie is so nicely thick that the straw just stands upright!
