Recipe and photo creation: Nina Zorčič

Ingredients for 16 balls:

  • 120g of oatmeal
  • 60g of almond butter
  • 60g of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 25g of ground almonds
  • 40g of milk of your choice
  • 15g of coconut sugar
  • 30g of finely chopped dark chocolate or chocolate drops
  • 10g of lyophilized bio forest blackberries
  • 10g of lyophilised plums (or other freeze-dried fruit of your choice)

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add wet and stir. Finally, add chocolate and lyophilized fruit. You need to get a mixture from which it is possible to form balls. Shape the balls and place them on a tray.

Topping:

  • 100g of dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of oil

Melt the chocolate and add the oil. The mixture should be nicely liquid and smooth to cover the balls nicely.

Dip a cake pops stick into the melted chocolate and insert it into the shaped ball. Drizzle the ball with dark chocolate and place in a jar so that the excess chocolate can drain away. Repeat with all the balls.

Finally, sprinkle them with grated chocolate or lyophilized raspberry powder and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for the chocolate to harden.
